Credit Union Service Centers
Access your accounts at over 2,100 Service Centers nationwide through the Credit Union Service Center Network. At the Service Center, you can make deposits and withdrawals, transfer between accounts, cash checks, make loan payments, print a statement, purchase money orders and travelers checks and submit change of address and check reorder requests. All you have to do is complete a transaction request form and show proper ID.

*Some Service Centers may not be open at this time due to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  Please call first to confirm status. List is subject to change. 

Convenient Services

Direct Deposit
You can avoid long lines by having your payroll check, Social Security check, retirement check, military check, or any other recurring check automatically deposited into your account. Funds will be available immediately upon deposit and you'll never have to worry about your check being stolen or lost in the mail.

Dial On Teller (DOT)
DOT allows you to access your account by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  You can check your account balances, transfer funds, make check withdrawals and much more! The toll free number for DOT is (800) 999-4368.

E-Payment
You can authorize us to debit a checking account you may have at another financial institution on a recurring basis in order to make a loan payment or to build up your savings at the Credit Union.

Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are a convenient way to electronically transfer funds to other financial institutions. Domestic wires are generally received the same day if requested before 2:30 pm CST. International wires are sent out the same day if requested before 11:30 am CST and usually take two to three days to be received. (It could take longer for an international wire depending upon the destination.)

Money Orders
Travelers Express Money Orders are available to Credit Union members in any amount up to $1,000.

Travelers Checks
American Express Travelers Checks are available to our members in a variety of denominations at no cost to you if you have a checking account with us. If you will be traveling out of the country, we can order you travelers checks in foreign denominations with two week's notice.

Safe Deposit Box
Because many situations can lead to the loss of important documents and valuable possessions, we offer safe deposit boxes* to protect and preserve your valuables and prevent loss in your life.

*Safe Deposit Boxes are located at the Denham Springs Financial Resource Center only, however are available to all members of LA DOTD Federal Credit Union.

Postage Stamps
We sell postage stamps at face value.

Night Deposit
You can make deposits and loan payments at our night deposit boxes. Deposits made after 8:30 am CST will be posted the next business day.

Coin Counters
Americans have more that $7.7 billion worth of change stored in jars and piggy banks in their homes. Turn your coins into cash with our coin counters located in our branch office lobbies for only a 3% fee.

Visa Gift Cards
Looking for the perfect gift? Members can purchase a Visa Gift Card for $2.50 and can place a value of $25 - $500 on the card.  Visa Gift Cards can be used anywhere that a Visa Debit Card is accepted.  Instead of using a PIN to make purchases, ask the merchant to process the card as a credit.  Visit mygiftcardmanager.com to view balances or to activate your card.
